Our mission is to provide excellent professional architectural services to our clients. Working in cooperation with our clients, we are able to provide critical evaluation of each project and recommend the best possible solutions from design to project completion.

Banji Awosika Architect P.C. was founded in 1990 and has been providing professional architectural services for new buildings and building alterations. Our specialty is in residential architecture.

Whatever the scope of the project, our experienced staff which include our principal architect, architectural designers and draftspersons, expediting and administrative staff are able to provide on-time services from project initiation to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. We also work in collaboration with our engineering consultants for projects that require structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services.

Olabanji Awosika

Registered Architect & Member American Institute of architects has been providing professional architectural services to developers, business owners, community organizations and real estate professionals for over fifteen years. His experience in architectural design, code compliance and construction management has been invaluable to the completion of all projects contracted with the company.

Mr. Awosika has been responsible for the design and construction administration of hundreds of multi-family dwelling units, private homes, day care facilities, churches and office buildings.

Mr. Awosika has been a Registered Architect since 1988. He received a Bachelor degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects.
